MAINTAINING THE SCHOLARSHIP FOR THREE YEARS

The scholarship is valid for one year: academic year N.

To maintain it for one more year (year N+1) or alternatively two more years (N+1 and N+2), the following rules apply.

Maintaining the scholarship for the year N+1 is upon the following conditions:

• 1) Successfully completing year N
• 2) Obtaining Certifications from the certification pools below:
  Obtain 2 certifications from pool A (associate) or any equivalent from pool P (Professional) grants 30%
  Obtain 3 certifications from pool A (associate) or any equivalent from pool P (Professional) grants 40%
  Obtain 4 certifications from pool A (associate) or any equivalent from pool P (Professional) grants 50%

Maintaining the scholarship for the year N+2 is upon the following conditions:

• 1) Successfully completing year N+1
• 2) Obtaining Certifications from the certification pools below:
  Obtain 3 certifications from pool A (associate) or any equivalent from pool P (Professional) grants 30%
  Obtain 4 certifications from pool A (associate) or any equivalent from pool P (Professional) grants 40%
  Obtain 5 certifications from pool A (associate) or any equivalent from pool P (Professional) grants 50%

One Certification from pool P (professional) replaces two certifications from pool A (associate)

Certification POOL A (Associate):

• Red Hat: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• Python: Python Certified Associate Programmer (PCAP)
• Amazon: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
• INE: eLearnSecurity Web Application Penetration Tester (eWPT), eLearnSecurity Certified Professional Penetration Tester (eCPPT)
• Oracle: Java SE 8 Programmer (OCA Java)

Certification POOL P (Professional)

• Python: Python Certified Professional Programmer (PCPP)
• Amazon: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• INE: eLearnSecurity Certified Penetration Tester eXtreme (eCPTX), eLearnSecurity Web Application Penetration Tester eXtreme (eWPTX)
• Oracle: Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer (OCP Java)

Of course, all these certifications, which cost above 5’000 TND in total, are offered free of charge at TEK-UP University.

Example:
You have a bachelor degree and the day of admission at TEK-UP, you get a scholarship of 50% granted.
This means, in ING3 (your first year at TEK-UP or year N), you will pay 50% only.

During ING3, you did not perform well and got only 2 Certifications from pool A. This corresponds to a scholarship of 30% only.
Result: you will be downgraded in N+1 and in your ING4, you will pay 70%.

During ING4, you perform better and got one certification from pool P (Professional) and 3 Certifications from pool A (associate). This is like 5 certifications from pool A and corresponds to a scholarship of 50%.
Result: you will be upgraded N+2 and in your ING5, you will pay 50% only.
