TEK-UP Students Explore Data Literacy in Germany: A Journey Through Innovation and Exchange
Fifteen students from TEK-UP University embarked on a study trip to Germany, as part of a DAAD-funded academic exchange centered on Data Literacy from the 15.07.2025 to 26.07.2025. The initiative aimed to expose students to innovative approaches in data management and digital transformation, while strengthening academic ties between Tunisia and Germany.
Over the course of the visit, participants had the opportunity to engage with German academics, researchers, and industry professionals. They explored how data-driven technologies are reshaping sectors ranging from robotics to cloud computing.
The delegation was warmly received by TEK-UP’s German partners, including FH Erfurt, Security Robotics Development & Solutions, and Cloud&Heat Technologies. Each partner offered valuable insights into the application of data science within their respective fields, inspiring students to envision their own future contributions to the digital ecosystem.
In addition to academic activities, the trip fostered cultural exchange, allowing students to experience Germany’s educational environment and daily life firsthand.
